We run the warehouse. You run the business.

We are a team of warehouse operators who store, pack and ship for webshops and manufacturers, and we report on every step.

Why we built it

Fully Logistics grew out of a simple observation: good businesses lose evenings and weekends to packing tape and pallet wrap. We built a warehouse where that work is our full-time job.

Today we ship for webshops that launched last month and for manufacturers that supply national retail chains. The routine is the same for both: receive, store, pack, ship, report.

We ship what we promise

Cut-off times and dispatch windows are written into your agreement, and we report against them.

We show our numbers

Accuracy, dispatch speed and stock counts reach you every month, including the misses.

We tell you early

A late truck, a damaged pallet or a stock difference reaches you the same day, with a proposed fix.

We keep it simple

One contact person, one portal and one price list, so you never chase three departments.

A working day, hour by hour

The rhythm behind the 2 pm cut-off.

  1. Trucks arrive. Inbound goods are unloaded, checked and booked into stock.

  2. Pick waves start for everything confirmed overnight.

  3. Packing is in full swing, with a quality check before every parcel is sealed.

  4. Cut-off. Orders confirmed by now ship today.

  5. Carriers collect parcels and pallets, and tracking goes live.

  6. Returns are inspected and the day’s stock counts are reconciled.
