How quickly can we start?
Most clients ship their first order about two weeks after signing. Stock arrives in the first week, and we connect your shop and run test orders in the second.
Is there a minimum volume or contract length?
There is no minimum order volume. After a three-month start period, contracts run month to month with 30 days’ notice.
How does pricing work?
You pay for storage per pallet, for pick and pack per order, and for shipping at carrier rates. Extras such as kitting or inserts are quoted per job.
Which shops and carriers do you connect to?
We have ready plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce, Shoprenter and UNAS, and an API for custom shops. Carriers include GLS, DPD, Foxpost, MPL and DHL, plus pallet networks.
What happens with returns?
We inspect returned parcels within one working day. Sellable items go back on the shelf and your stock updates. Damaged items are photographed and reported to you.
Can you handle pallets and bulky goods?
Yes. We store pallets and cartons, and we ship parcels, pallets and full loads. For fragile, high-value or temperature-sensitive goods, tell us early so we can plan the handling.
Do you ship outside Hungary?
Yes, across the EU with our carrier partners. We prepare the paperwork for other destinations on request.
